Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. If you would like support choosing or demoing a paddle before purchase, please get in touch before buying and we’ll be pleased to help.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. All return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Restocking

A restocking fee of £5.00 per item will apply. Returned or exchanged items should be sent as ‘signed for’ delivery unless otherwise agreed.
